CLIO Co., Ltd. operates a misconduct reporting system (internal whistle-blowing system) that all employees and external stakeholders can trust.
CLIO Co., Ltd. thoroughly protects the informant’s identity and takes measures to protect the informant from all discrimination and disadvantage.

The reported content will be shared as early as possible upon completing investigation.

  • The company receives reports on abuse of dominant positions, unfair contract and modification, delay in payment, unfair return, refusal of receiving, and other matters violating the Fair Trade Act.
  • The submitted report is received and processed privately, and the reported details are kept strictly confidential without disclosure.
  • The reported content will be processed as early as possible, and the false information will not be processed.
